Piano lessons in London and Northampton

I am a piano teacher and music tutor based in London and East Hunsbury, Northampton. I offer piano lessons for all levels, from beginners just starting out on their musical journey right through to experienced pianists looking to sit grade 8 and diploma examinations. Your piano lessons would normally take place once a week – in a safe, friendly and COVID-secure environment. But you can also have online piano lessons instead if you prefer.

I studied the piano and violin from a young age achieving distinctions in all my piano examinations – including ABRSM Grade 8 in Northampton. I passed GCSE Music with an A* and aged just 16 performed live at Symphony Hall Birmingham and Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London. After winning a music scholarship to Stowe School, I was awarded an ATCL Diploma with Distinction and an A in A Level Music. I have recently gone on to achieve a first class degree in music from the University of Manchester and a distinction in my LTCL diploma.

Your piano lessons

Some of my students simply want to play the piano for fun, whilst others wish to achieve the highest possible grades in their examinations. Whatever your aims, I can design piano lessons to meet your specific needs.

I am DBS checked, a member of the Musicians’ Union and prepare students for all exam boards (ABRSM, Trinity and LCM) and all levels – from grade 1 to grade 8 and diploma (ARSM, ATCL, DipLCM).

I provide clear and practical piano lessons in a relaxed style. Most of my students opt for termly piano lessons but I am also happy to accommodate others who prefer a greater degree of flexibility. 

Fees

Block/termly bookings: from £20 (30 minutes), £28 (45 minutes), and £35 (60 minutes)

One-off lessons: from £22 (30 minutes), £31 (45 minutes) and £39 (60 minutes)
